WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on all products within 3 working days from the date you received your
order.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
● The item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
● The item(s) have not been opened, used, or damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label costs.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The cost of shipping items back to us is not covered or reimbursed by Jolie Pharma.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

(Please note: Initial shipping charges and return postage cannot be refunded, unless the
item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.)

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our policy, you will receive
your refund (product price only, excluding shipping costs).

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

When you contact us to initiate a return, our customer service team will provide you with the
exact return address and instructions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received, we will
confirm by email. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

While we take great care in preparing your order, if you receive a damaged or faulty

and photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
