WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We accept returns on all products within 3 working days from the date you received your
order.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
\u25cf The item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
\u25cf The item(s) have not been opened, used, or damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cost of shipping items back to us is not covered or reimbursed by Jolie Pharma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

(Please note: Initial shipping charges and return postage cannot be refunded, unless the
item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.)

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our policy, you will receive
your refund (product price only, excluding shipping costs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you contact us to initiate a return, our customer service team will provide you with the

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
